I can happily say I've known Jasmine a long time. She is my Sisters best friend and the sort of girl anyone would like to have around. I still remember the first 'photo shoot' I did with them and another friend on a beach in black and white film. Many years have passed, my camera is now mainly digital, but the friendships are the same.
Jasmine and Brad met up on the Murray River and after a mishap of Brad missing a digit out when giving Jasmine his number, they did hook up and the rest they say is history! Their Wedding was held in the picturesque Yering Estate which set the scene for the elegant and stylish day. After a spectacular arrival in a Hyperlite Helicopter the contrasting sound of a string quartet (by Students from the school where Jasmine teaches) filled the afternoon air. The Poplar trees were adorned with lace decorations made by Jasmine and created the perfect aisle to walk down and meet her man.
Jasmine managed to create an elegant, crisp and classic atmosphere with her detailed styling and decorating. She spent hours on top of an already busy work/life schedule creating little works of art for table decorations. White chocolate flowers adorned glass candelabras, creating eye catching but subtle table centerpieces. There were so many memory making experiences for guests to interact with during the Reception. Brad and Jasmine make a great team which was evident not only in the planning of their Wedding but how they are together in every moment.
Thank you so very much for having myself and Steven along. It was so special Jas to be turning my camera on you again after all these years.xo
And a HUGE shout out to Steven Wright who joined me in capturing this Wedding, legend. Some of his handy work is below but go check out more of his work here.
