During our 'Single' relationship status times in life, I think many people daydream about when that moment may come that they meet someone they could spend their lives with. More often than not this moment comes when people least expect it, when they have gone somewhere not expecting that outcome. For Lisa and Leigh this moment came when Lisa decided to go to a Cricket Club Ball with her friend. By chance her and Leigh were seated on the same table and once Leigh asked her to dance it was clear to them both that this night was only the beginning.
Lisa and Leighs' Wedding was extra special for me to be a part of as Lisa is my Sisters longest friend. To see her and Leigh together and so genuinely full of love, admiration, and encouragement for each other was beautiful. Lisa has always been a bubbly, loving and beautiful girl, but seeing her on her Wedding Day...wow! Hollywood gorgeous. As for Leigh, he could have walked out of an old Hollywood movie himself.
Lisa is a talented Designer and it was easy to see how her stylistic eye helped create such a beautifully romantic yet savvy look to their venue. Two Ton Max was a great space that with a simple wall of flowers helped separate the room for the Ceremony and Reception. The styling was further enhanced by the spectacular floral arrangements and personal touches like the swing and timber gift box handcrafted by Lisa's Father Paul (complete with Lisa and Leigh's' Coat of Arms designed by Lisa) and Photography Melbourne Wedding.
Once the music started the dance floor was open for business and it was full of animated souls for the whole evening. I LOVE a wedding full of dancing! I think it is the way that all the various friendship and family groups come together and let lose. Watching new unions form it made me think how Lisa and Leighs' Wedding had cemented their Coat of Arms and helped signify a new journey between all present.
Thank you to you both and I wish you a very happy path together in life x
